As Meem Alif specializes in custom-made and event dresses, please read carefully:
❌ No returns or exchanges on customized or made-to-order dresses.
❌ Advance payment is non-refundable.
Exchanges will only be considered in case of:
Manufacturing defect
Wrong item sent (not as per confirmed order)
📌 Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures shared on WhatsApp.
